Department for Geotechnical Engineering organizes and provides education  for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Department is also engaged in research within scientific projects.

Research  is organized within scientific projects at Ministry of Science and Technology Republic of Croatia and within scientific cooperation with international and domestic scientific and branch institutions.  Highly specialzed staff is continously publishing their work in many indernational and domestic conventions, and internationaly recogntioned magazines.

Departments project takes part in creating projects of all levels, gives revision for projects and studies, monitoring, consulting, expert analisis for many important and complex geotechnical tasks.
